Box House

The site is located in Bhaisipati, Lalitpur Nepal. We can see the spectacular view of the bungamati settlement at the downwards whereas the upper side is wide view of the hills towards the west side. So our main focus for this building was to capture those views when the clients are doing their daily activities. The main requirement of the client was the building to be modern design. The exterior design has been focused accordingly. Also the clients want the ground floor to be rented as a residence and upper floor to be used by themselves for now and in future they might use the ground floor by them self so the planning has been focused on that note.

Residence at Kapan

We designed our project with a modern, clean look that is both practical and inspirational. This building is a unique and enjoyable experience. DNA was inspired by the region’s architecture and natural environment and our team decided to base the design of the project on those elements.

Holiday House

The site is located at pepsicola, Kathmandu. The purpose of this residence was mainly focused for the family vacation and the client wanted the space to be designed as minimum as possible.

Timilsina Residence

The site is located at Duwakot Bhaktapur. The most important part of this site is that we can see the 180 degree view of himalayas towards the north side. So the we the design team suggest the clients to take the advantage of the site condition in our design. Also the site is located in peaceful area. The requirement of the owner was minimalist but the most important space was the office area and meditation area which must be in included with in same space. So we decided to face the meditaion space and office space facing towars the north side where they can work, meditate and view the mountains.

Kharel Residence

The site is located at Baneshwor, Kathmandu.The land area of this residence is 3308.11 sq.ft and the total build up area is 3386 sq.ft. The main challenge while doing this project was the road width was just 3 ft. wide and the surrounding area already has the building already build. so our focus was to make the building focused from the access road also keeping the focus on the planning and exterior design.
